Scary Giant

Yannika has a new book. With lots of pictures. And fairy tales. She lets Yip look at the pictures.
"Did you wash your hands?" asks Yannika. "You're not going to make it dirty, are you?"
"No," says Yip. "I won't make it dirty." They look at the book together. Then Yannika's mother comes to read them a story.
A beautiful story. And then another one. And then another. And then there's a story about a giant. A very big giant. And there's a picture of the giant.
"Ugh," says Yannika. "What a scary giant."
"Yeah," says Yip, "he's really scary."
At seven o'clock, when it's time for Yip to go to bed, he's forgotten all about the story. But in the middle of the night he suddenly wakes up.
