A Pipe in the Street

There are men in their street. Workmen. They unload something big and round. Big and round and funny looking. Then they go away again.
"Look!" says Yannika. "It's a pipe."
"Part of a pipe!" Yip says. "It's enormous! I can fit inside." And Yip crawls into the pipe. And Yannika crawls into the pipe as well. From the other end. Because you can get in from either end.
"If it started to rain," says Yip, "we'd stay dry."
"But it's not raining," says Yannika.
"No, it's not raining. I wish it was."
"But it's still a house," says Yip. "We can live in it."
And then Yannika gets her bear. And Dolly-Jean. And Yip gets Dasher. And they all crawl into the house. There they are, sitting inside. And it even starts to rain. It's a beautiful house. And the rain goes drip-drop-drip
